Ms. Rivas has over 13 years of experience in the field of licensed clinical social worker, who has a multi-lingual and multicultural background. She has worked with diverse groups, including LGBTQ+, those dealing with issues related to substance abuse as well as victims of sexual assault as well as intimate relationship violence. Since 2019 she has been working with Mrs. Rivas is serving Erie's patients. She is currently offering telehealth Behavioral Health services. Ms. Rivas has worked with prenatal and postpartum mothers for more than a decade. She is a specialist in the field of trauma-informed therapy and is able to offer EMDR services for adults. She also offers both private and group therapy, medication-assisted treatment as well as referrals to specialty services and Women's Support groups. Amanda is also a volunteer at Best Friends Animal Society, helping homeless animals find forever new homes. She is committed to her belief in the Best Friends motto, Save Them ALL and wants to have Los Angeles turn into a "no kill" city. Amanda pushes her limits in order to achieve her goals.
